Rebuilding Armstrong shocks

Does anyone know where Armstrong adjustable shocks, circa 1968, can be
rebuilt? They have the large outside adjustment knob. Please copy Tom Budde
on your answer. he just bought a Zink FV with worn out rear shocks.
