[6pack] Anti-run on valve after Strombergs are replaced with Webers

F W I W I had run-on on a '70 TR6 with the Stromberg's. I have not checked
compression.
Timing is correct, plugs are gapped correct. I also use 10% ethanol blend
gas, no choice there.
I went to premium fuel problem is gone.
