[6pack] traffiator/blinker woes

It depends.. if you are still using an original TR6 blinker unit that uses a
thermal switch then it is more likely to be a bulb/ground issue as the thermal
switch is reliant on a specific load on the circuit and even the wrong wattage
bulb will screw it up although in my experience things seem to slow down not
speed up so I guess I would not rule out the flasher unit even in this
case...

If you are using a hazard flasher control unit that will continue switching
even if no bulbs are working I would tend to favor the flasher unit as the
culprit.

Good evening, all.

just went for a drive in the TR6 with my daughter, who is 15, and on her
learner's permit. She drove it for the first time and loved it!

anyway, that's the good news.

the bad news: the trafficator blinks like a strobe, as do the front
blinkers. i did not check the rear, but i'm assuming they are doing the
same silly dance.

is the most likely culprit the flasher unit??
