[6pack] [TR] Aftermarket damper for TR6

Hi Chuck, Vance;

I have been told by Rick Patton that a Cadillac Northstar balancer will fit the
TR6 crank - he's using it for his supercharged TR6 engine - it does mean
switching over to a serpentine belt however.
