[6pack] Stromberg fuel bowls

No sealer is needed.  The gaskets are there only to keep the gas that sloshes
around from leaking out.  They aren't under pressure and the fuel level should
be below the gaskets in operation so they aren't expected to "hold" gas in the
chambers when standing still.
