Ours, original carmine O/D, is a 74.5 California car we bought new in 
April of '75.  My wife got a ride into San Diego from a friend, to 
pick it up when I was out of town on a business trip, and the dealer 
generously gave her about a gallon of gas in the tank... of course, 
she ran out of fuel just as she was getting off the freeway on the 
way home.  Oh well...

Yes, she knew how to drive it-- I had owned a TR4A since '67.
