Don't expect your neighborhood CarX or Midas to be able to do this. Very few muffler shops can properly bend stainless steel pipe without ruining it. Often, a shop will have to buy pre-bent mandrell bent stainless pipe, and then cut it and weld it to shape and size. If you want a custom stainless system, be repared to do some searching in order to find some place that can do it right.
