Lou, as you tighten the mains and then each big end you should rotate the
engine at each stage to make sure that the last action did not cause anything
to seize, indicating that something went wrong like a cap on backwards or a
bearing with incorrect clearance. You will notice that the crank gets harder
to turn with each step but it should still turn easily and freely without
binding. You should be able to push it around by hand with some difficulty by
grasping the journals but it should rotate freely with a wrench/lever.

Got the bevel and its up but they are not marked top so I was double checking.
Got these from TRF too.

Did you redo your bearings as well?  If so, how hard is it to turn the crank
with the new rings and new bearings?
