[6pack] Yikes! TR250 looks like too much to me..

Yeah I am watching this one.  I have been noticing prices climbing on both 
the 6 and 250 lately.  We bought a house in the late 90s. When we went for a 
re-fi just a few years later and had an appraisal, I was shocked.  I said to 
my wife "We can't afford this house."  I am wondering if we are seeing the 
triumphs finally getting some respect.
