Dave

Unless you have Giant sized hands, I fine it easier to just unscrew the
cable
from the back of the speedo and put the cable out from in the engine
comparment.

Either way you have the two little wheel nuts on the tach or
speedo to work
with, Removing the tach and then attacking the cable on the
speedo is the easier
of your other options.

Subject: [6pack]
speedo cable

?good morning, all.

I need to remove the speedo cable and lube
it; its gyrating.

in order to really lube it, I need to remove the speedo so
I can take
advantage of gravity.

am I better off taking the tach out first?
seems like it might be worth it to
make it easier to remove the speedo.

I
know there are two little nuts holding the speedo in, but one is very hard
to
get to, and there are so many wires and cables!

thanks!
