[6pack] Quick Steering Rack 2

Dave---On the "ground strap" at one time attached under the plug or grease nipple...I connected the wire to the radiator brace. Oddly enough, the horn works even when this strap touched nothing! I asked Dan Masters about this and he agreed that this is true in most cases. The horn finds a ground thru other means.
