If you're willing to consider something besides a Spitfire 4 and Arkansas isn't too far away, I have a rebuildable late TR6 engine - complete minus distributor and starter available

Perhaps you should look at this as an opportunity to be creative. Have you considered looking into possible non-Spitfire replacements?
