[Alpines] Trouble on EBAY

Paul,

I did file a dispute with Paypal and they simply stated that if UPS says
they shipped an Item then you received it.
Who knows what UPS did but they will not accept a claim from the receiver
only from the shipper so I lose.
Paypal is part of the problem.
I appreciate your suppport.
