[Ba-autox] Reviving a dormant Ford Explorer

Does anyone have a suggestion for reviving a dormant V8 '97 Ford
Explorer?  It has sat for a year.  It cranks but does not start.
Gordon W. thought maybe a fuel delivery issue.  I'm trying to avoid
towing it to a shop but I may have to give up on that.

If you know anyone who might make a housecall for some extra holiday
