I have always found my BMC cars to be most "highway friendly" when they are
resting peacefully on a trailer towed behind my van.  That way they have
never failed to arrive at their intended destination.

I have a '67 MGB with a non OD transmission. I'd like it to be more highway
friendly. I'm not a slave to originality, so a five speed conversion is
something I'm considering. Is there an opinion out there on this conversion
versus installing an OD transmission.
