Subject: Cedar City, Zion & Healey Days


So far I only have heard from the following as having made reservations that
plan to go to the above:

Ann and Doug Lewis
Sandy and Dave Maxwell
Susan and Me
Gloria & John Morrison
Julie & Don McEligot

This is for Friday May 21 to Cedar City, Saturday May 22 to Zion Natl. Park,
Springdale, UT and driving home on Sunday May 23rd. We will likely meet at the
Chevron Station where highway 6 and I 15 intersect at probably 10am.  Some may
wish to hook up somewhere and leave from SLC at 9am.

IS ANYONE ELSE GOING? IF ANYONE ELSE DOESN'T SIGN UP BY FRIDAY I AM GOING TO
ASSUME THIS IS THE FINAL GROUP AND MAKE OUR DINNER RESERVATIONS at Milt's
Stage Stop in Cedar City on Friday and the Bit and Spur in Springdale on
Saturday.

If you are planning on going I would advise making your reservations as I am
afraid at Zion they will get away from you as they are not held and most of
the other places are getting booked. Also please let me know if you are going
and have made your reservations.

HEALEY DAYS

As I think you know Healey Days will be on Saturday 7/31 with other things
going on both Friday 7/30 and Sunday 8/1.  There is a large group of softball
players in town that week leaving on 8/1 so reservations are getting tight.
Later today you will be getting the details of how to reserve your room at the
Lodge at Park City Mountain Resort at a rate of $89 but they will only hold a
limited block of rooms for a week without a credit card guaranteed reservation
so please start thinking about your attendance and for how many nights.  We
also have reservations at the Grubsteak like last year for our Social hour,
Banquet, awards, auction etc. so I will also need to know if you are going to
be in attendance for that.
