Just today while driving around  I saw a rubber bumper MGB
for sale near the U of U.  It might be in his price range.  It was
on 5th South and about 1200 East, south side of the street.
That is all I know about it, I didn't stop to check anything.

Spitfires are also available fairly cheap.  Of course like a
fellow I knew once said, all these cars cost the same - it is
just a matter of how much you want to pay at the start.
You might think you are getting a great bargain until you
start buying parts and paying people to work on the car.
