[Bmcu] Tuning Weber carbs for our altitude of 6,000 feet

Our atmospheric pressure here near the Great Salt Lake is about 15% lower
than at sea level.  Therefore the area of the holes in your new jets should
be about 15% less than sea level jets.  Since area of circles depends on
the square of the radius or diameter, the jet size, (diameter) should be
about the sq. rt. of 0.85 times the old jet diameter or 0.93.  Suppose your
sea level jet is 120 thousandths or 1.2 mm in size.  You should put in 110
thousandths or 1.1 mm jets.  This is at least a good place to start.
 Remember the higher you go, the less fuel you can burn and the slower your
LBC will be.  Aaaargh.
