To be fair, Charles claims (and I believe him) that he did not intend to
draw so heavily on TRF's operating capital.  There was apparently a rather
severe misunderstanding between him and his accountant as to how much money
he had left.   And since Charles literally is TRF, that was himself he
almost bankrupted.

He has a different accountant now <g>
