engine pulling

AS I just did this on my BN7, I guess I might have some insights.
I pulled the motor and rebuilt it in August.
Not sure where you are, but I may be able to stop by and walk you through
some of the main points.
Primarily though, the manual is a great source of information.
I used it extensively.

I am thinking of pulling my BJ8 engine and having Autosport rebuild it this
winter.  Since I have not attempted removing a Healey engine before, I am
