Well, the extended NOAA forecast for this coming weekend is clear and cold.
Sounds about right for the Frostbite! So assuming that most of us won't be
snowed or iced in too badly, and that we can get a 10:00 start to let things
warm up a little, what kind of turnout would we have?
Please reply indicating whether you can go, and whether you prefer either
Saturday or Sunday. If you can only make one of those two days, please make
that clear.
REMEMBER:
1) You can drive a BJ9.
2) You can drive any British car.
3) You can drive your neighbor's British car (if he or she won't).
4) You can ask for an empty seat that might be handy in any other car going.
One tour suggestion is the Burien/Dash Point/Steilacoom/Tacoma route similar
to another tour last year, ending up at Anthony's on Point Defiance for
lunch. Another possibility is a north-end route over Cougar Mountain and
through the Snoqualmie Valley ending up back in Issaquah at the Triple XXX.
If there are other good cold-weather routes anyone has in mind for everyone
to consider, please send those along as well so we know what our options
are.
Thanks!
