Oct Club Meeting

Hello club members,

There is going to be a proposal to make changes to the club's by-laws at our 
Oct meeting. To help make the process go quicker, I'm asking each of you who 
are planning to attend the meeting to copy the by-laws from the web page and 
bring them with you to the meeting. Please be sure to read the section on how to 
make changes to the by-law, as we will be following that process. 

I will be out of town so our VP or Secretary will lead the meeting in my 
absence.
