Cahc digest, Vol 1 #305 - 1 msg

Some members are located far away from the meetings and unable to attend. 
None the less we have an interest in the club.  It seems very odd that
there are numerous mentions of proposed by-law changes, but not a hint as
to what they are.  In the interest of transparency, why not either send out
the draft of the changes and or post the entire set of by-laws for the
membership?
