. Is there some reason that the proposed changes can not  be published on 
this bulletin board. I thought that one of the reasons for this  forum was to 
share information that was important with the members. The  logistics of 
attending the meetings are difficult for Sue and I. If the proposed  changes were 
known it is possible that we or others who find it difficult to  attend meetings 
in Burien on a weeknight could make the extra effort to  attend.
