NW Meet Status

Thanks to all who attended our BBQ/Planning session.  Great turn out and 
response to our request for "volunteers" to fill the various committee 
assignments.
Special thanks to Bruce and Mitzie Goodrich who have accepted 
responsibility for the Friday night reception.
I am sending Jim McDermott updates to the various activity and sign up 
sheets to post on the Club web site since the CAHC list will not post 
attachments.
I have a call in to the Hotel to check the number of reservations-in the 
mean time be reminded that they are not obligated to hold rooms for us 
after Sept 4th.  That's next Tuesday folks!
We have 13 signed up for the Ladies Tea so far.  Names are on the 
updated page I am sending to Jim-please check to make sure we haven't 
missed anyone.
