August 8th tour to Mt St Helens + BBQ at Phil and Beckie's

Hi everyone!
Next tour on the calendar is an August 8th drive to Mt St Helens. 
Afterwards we'll host a BBQ at our new place on Burnt Ridge east of
Onalaska.

Bring: lunch, snacks, drinks, chairs, cameras.

Schedule:
Leave Southcenter Starbucks at 8:00 AM.  
Route will take us through Puyallup, Eatonville, Elbe, Morton, and
Toledo, along beautiful back roads.
If we keep stops to a minimum, we should get to the visitor center by
1:00 PM.  Or later, if we eat lunch along the way.
(We will NOT be stopping for a train ride in Mineral.)

Return trip to our house is about 1.5 hours.

Following the BBQ, your options are:
1--Return home.
2--Spend the night in Chehalis/Centralia.  Arrangements on your own.
3--Spend the night at our house.  This option involves bringing your air
mattresses, sleeping bags, towels, etc.  We have lots of floor space,
lawn, and bathrooms, but not beds!  Includes breakfast!  :o)

Sunday options:
Chehalis Steam Train: Runs at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.  $11/$10 seniors. 
Western theme on Aug 8/9.
Veteran's Memorial Museum, Chehalis (next to train and I-5): Sunday, 1:00
to 5:00.  $5.
