It is with great sadness that I send this email to all of our Cascade
members.
Myrna called about 30 minutes ago to tell us that Craig had died.  We all
know how much he will be missed.

Myrna hopes to have the service on Friday and would love to have as many
Healeys as possible attend.  Please hold Friday for now.  I will let you
know as soon as I know more.

Myrna sent the information for Craig's service. It will be held on Friday,
January 22nd Club members who wish to caravan to Kent together, meet at the
Starbucks  on Strander in Southcenter.  333 Strander near Zoopas and Target.

 We will leave Starbucks at 12:30PM and caravan to the Kent Seventh-day
Adventist Church 25213 116th SE, Kent, WA. 98030. The motorcade will form in
the church parking lot between 1:30 and 1:45 PM. and depart at 2 PM.  The
caravan will pass the Anderson home which was a wish of Craig's. ( We will
do a major rev of the engines at this time.)

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:30 PM at the Hillcrest Burial
Park--1005 Reiten Road, Kent, WA. 98030

A reception/celebration of Life will be held at the Kent Seventh-Day
Adventist Church.  All are invited back to the church immediately following
the graveside service.  There will be a time of sharing, followed by a light
supper--soup and fruit.

Anyone not wanting to caravan may go directly to the Burial Park--address
above.   You will be directed from the main gate.

Myrna needs a count of those who will participate in the caravan so she can
arrange adequate police escort.

Please email me as soon as possible if you plan to caravan with our group.
Everyone is invited to do so--no matter what type of car you are driving.
Of course, we hope to have many of our sports cars there to give Craig a
much deserved send off.  The weather is supposed to cooperate.

Our club has lost another long time participant and friend in Craig
Anderson's passing.  His talents on the cars as well as his writings about
the cars will be deeply missed by all who knew him and read his articles.
His recognition Nationally spoke volumes about his knowledge and talents.
Join us in wishing Myna well and our condolences.

Hi,
I've posted a great photo of Craig Anderson on my Flickr page.  For those
who don't realize it, Craig was the editor of our Cascade magazine and,
along with cohort Jean Plewman Smith, put out a quality product for, I
believe, over ten years.
