AHCO Members,


Yesterday at the general membership meeting we discussed several Rendezvous
topics.  We discovered that not everybody received the announcement about the
Monday evening Margaritaville Party planned for the pool deck.  Therefore, I
am forwarding it using my email data base.  See you there.


I am also attaching a file (pdf and Windows) announcing a raffle to be held at
the party.  Tickets will be available and the lucky winners may move from
their regular Valley River Inn rooms to luxury executive suites.  These are
really beautiful accommodations including two rooms, several flat panel TV's,
sitting room, bedroom, etc.  The tickets will sell for $5.00 for one ticket or
$20.00 for five tickets.  The drawing will be at 7:00 PM Monday evening.

WOW!!! We are so excited about Rendezvous 2010.  The registration has been
enthusiastic.  Thank you all!  We have loved working on this project and hope
you will enjoy every minute that we have planned in and around Eugene, Oregon!

Our theme this year is "Margaretville".  So we are calling all Parrotheads and
Landsharks to come prepared for a wonderful Jimmy Buffet experience. We will
have Margaritas and cheeseburgers and as you know it is ALWAYS - 5' O'CLOCK
SOMEWHERE!!

We would love to see your best FLIP FLOPS at our opening Pool Party Reception
on Monday evening.  We will have a prize for the best Flip Flops - yes, you
will have to model them!  We also have another fun event planned, so as a hint
(men bring your best legs)!
You may want to brush up on Jimmy Buffet lyrics as this could be really fun!!!

Dress throughout the event will be fun, beachwear and of course parrothead
stuff!  Bring it on!  We look forward to your outfits and of course your
CARS!!!
