We are looking for 4 members, 2 at a time in 2 hour shifts at 2 PM & 4 PM on
Monday June 27th, to volunteer for Hospitality Duties the day of arrival at
the hotel in Vancouver.  This will entail greeting our guests, directing
them to registration and orienting them to the hotel facilities, passing out
drinking water, locating car wash facilities, directing them to parking,
etc.
We will be available to fill you in on what you will need to know.  Its a
fun job and will reward you with much enjoyment greeting our friends from
around the region.
