It takes a special mandrel (sp) to do it. Westbay Auto in Pt. Orchard can do 
it. 360 876 8008 ask for Ken.

If you're closer to Silverdale , call Ray Danielson who also could do it. He 
is  360-698-7337

I'm unaware of your location but this is definitely West of the Cascades. We 
(Doug Miller, John Snyder  & I) refer to the Peninsula as God's country.
