Fellow Cascaders,

If you are a member of the AHCA, you received an annual dues notice from
them yesterday for $80.00 because they included Cascade Club dues in the
total.  We have asked the AHCA for the past 2 years not to include Cascade
Club dues in their annual dues statement.

Send only $50.00 to the AHCA for your dues.  If you have not yet paid your
Cascade Club dues, please send a check for $30.00 to:
