It's my second BJ8. I'm asking $40,000.00. I've asked more in the past but have done some more negotiating since then and believe this is the right price. I bought it 10 years ago. Originally when inquiring about the car, then looking at it, driving it, checking on its history and also having the car checked by others, I was satisfied the car was genuine as it was being presented. I was also convinced the mileage as shown was correct. I bought it and Intercity delivered it from Lake Geneva, Wi to my home in Cashmere. The odometer currently reads 22,000 miles. I have always considered the car a driver. Thats what I've wanted. The engine runs strong. The gearbox is smooth and quiet. There are no problems with the OD. Oil pressure and water temp are fine. The body chrome is in excellent condition. Rust is not an issue and the car presents well on the street. Since I bought it there are new chrome wheels and Gillette tires by Hendrix and a 3:54 diff from Earl Kagna. General servicing has been by Steve Day. Steve installed a new brake servo also. The rear hubs were balanced. It also has a spin on oil filter, Norman Nock flex fan and 3rd brake light--driving or service enhancements mainly. I have the original 60 spoke wheels, radiator fan, 4:11 differential, oil filter assembly. They go with the car along with a MG Mitten cover and some spares. I can be reached at "medlabinc at msn.com" or 509-679-4025. Well here are some short clips on the top 10 low pass flybys ever filmed ... and of course for nostalgia, let's see that Top Gun low pass again. Pay particular attention to the last shown low pass. It is number one. Watch the halo of water around the plane. It happened during a Blue Angels event over San Francisco several years ago. It was the pilot's last show with the team. Many of the boats in the bay lost windows to the sonic blast. It's a kick to watch. http://biertijd.com/mediaplayer/?itemid=19448 No virus found in this message. This puts money in our club treasury and also helps to support the ABFM committee. Thank you for your time. My BJ7 is not for sale. Misunderstandings resulted from my forwarding to the Cascade List an email from Dick Matson (see below) that he had sent to the "main" Healey List. I was trying to help him reach an additional audience. Thanks to Ron Layton for following up on that and offering to assist Maston.
