[cahc] ferry prices

Straight from the WA DOT Ferries web page:
	Adult (age 19 - 64)					$5.20
	Senior / Disabled (age 65 & over)			$2.60

	Vehicle Under 14' & Driver (less than 168")	$17.40
	Vehicle Under 22' & Driver (standard veh)	$22.05

So, it seems that Mr. Smalley is right WRT age.  However, I am still not
quite clear about the "disabled" discount ... do you have to be a senior AND
disabled to qualify?   Or, do you have to be a senior OR disabled to
qualify?   (Well, clearly, there are some of us who are qualified either
way, eh?)
