[cahc] Vashon tour

Ron Layton graciously forwarded Gary Sipplebs email about the Vashon Island
tour for me.  I am unable to forward things with our auto tox email.

I asked Gary about a charge for dinner.  He said $5 would be what he would
ask.  Very reasonable for such a food spread.

If you prefer to tour with a group to the ferry dock in Fauntleroy, we will be
leaving the SC Starbucks at 7:30 AM.
