[cahc] Tacoma narrows bridge toll

Hi Guys,

I did notice that the Tacoma Narrows bridge camera did catch my license plate
when we were headed to LeMay on the 24th.
If you don't have a Good to Go pass you you can expect to receive a pay by
mail notice in the near future.

Not sure how the rental or out of state cars will be billed.
You will want to pay this or they will keep after you. (forever, and it gets
more expensive).
