Just a quick note to update you on the status of the mailing of the
membership directory.

At the delegates meeting at Conclave 2016 the approval by the delegates was
unanimous to spend the extra money above the originally budgeted amount at
the fall delegates meeting in 2015 for mailing the membership directory.
The membership directory should be in the hands of the members very soon.

Much thanks to Beth Lunney for all her work on this.

We will have a discussion at the fall delegates meeting 2016 as to how we
proceed in the future.
