[cahc] US-Canada Border Crossing

I hope that someone in the Cascade AHC is familiar enough with crossing the
border into Canada that they can advise us of the best place to enter
Canada.

Kent Lambert and I are planning to attend the Vancouver ABFM next month,
and we'll enter Canada on Friday, May 19, in the afternoon (Friday rush
hour).  It's been some years since we last visited Canada and I wonder if
it is worth it to go out of our way a bit to cross into Canada at the
"Lynden Port of Entry" on Highway 539, or perhaps there's some other "best
kept secret" place to cross the border.

Thanks for any insights on how to best avoid the traffic.
