Transmission and Crankshaft info?

Hi, I have a Model R in need of a transmission.  It is a 1901 but has a 1903 
donor engine.  I am not going to be too picky if it is open or closed just 
so it works.  I have the raw castings but can't seem to find anyone 
able/willing to machine it.  Any ideas where to go to?  Are there good solid 
plans available that are not hand drawn?  Does anyone have a donor 
transmission they can spare?

ALSO a friend of mine just broke his crankshaft for his 1902 and wonders if 
there is a spare out there or where to get a casting made.
