[Roadsters] volvo conversion

hi everyone
i'm in los angeles, and am seeking a machine shop to both reduce the diameter of my rotors, and press in new studs.  i've called several places, both machine shops and tire places, and no one will cut the rotors.  can anyone recommend a shop in the greater LA area who will?  i know Stan said that any shop with a brake lathe should be able to do it, but i'm not finding one.
