[Roadsters] 1970 Side Vents

Since I am having Eliza repainted  etc. I bought new window vent rubbers from
Dean  since the old ones were cracked and indeed falling off. I was thinking
of hacving the frames rechromed when I noticed that the insides are more of a
flat/matte finish. Probabl;y some DOT safety measure. Anyhoo - anyone have any
idea  how to recreate the interior finish ??
