[Roadsters] castle nut on the end of the spindle

hi everyone
i'm putting my hubs back together.  and i'm wondering, because i could not find it in the service manual, what is the convention for tightening that nut?  the one on the end of the spindle, through which the cotter pin goes.  is it tightened to a certain torque?  i have no idea really.
