[Roadsters] Electrical question

My front side lights on my 1970 1600 are not working so I looked at the
electrical schematics that I have and much to my surprise the front and rear
sidelights are not shown. The "older" schematic shows rear sidelights.
Problem 2 is that I have no dash lights when I turn on the lights. Also, I
always thought that the yellow front lights should come on in both
positions.
