The 67.5 horn button pops off. If you look very closely, you'll find there's
a small slot where you can insert a flat-blade screwdriver and twist.

Yes, unplug the horns before reinstalling.

A friend of mine says the 66 and 67 horn button pops off and the 68-70 twist
and turns off.  I need to take the horn button off of a 67 1/2.  Anyone know
how it comes off?
