[Roadsters] Siliva SR20DE S14 MAF

I think the S14 240sx with the KA24DE used the same MAF as the S14 SR20DE.
I switched over to a P60 from an Infinity Q45 which required some computer
modifications.  I think you can get an SAFC and then install any MAF that
you want.
