[Roadsters] What's it worth??

it all depends.

i just picked up a 1952 MGTD that had been sitting in a garage for 30 years,
give or take. last inspection sticker is 1977. replaced all fluids, hooked
up an auxilliary gas tank, blew out the gas lines, and it ran. electric
fuel pump, after being blown out also worked. did not even crack the plugs,
although i really should have put oil in the cylinders first. have not
addressed the gas tank yet, but there was varnish (haha) in it and sludge in
the bottom.

so it depends. i picked up a 69 TR6 about a year ago that had been under a
tarp outside for 10 years. did a little more work, but it ran as well.
gas tank has numerous rust holes.

picked up a 70's pickup a while back that had sat in a carport for years.
spent a month trying to manually move the crankshaft, but could not. a
friend filled the engine with oil for about 3 months and finally was able to
turn it.

so, ran when parked. where? condition? and, do you really believe that it
was running? or was it parked because it broke?

just remember, engine repairs are expensive. body repairs are really
expensive.
