On my low windshield car, there is a small hole at the top of the side  
windshield chrome frame.  It is the same on both sides of the  
windshield.  It is located on the angled flanged piece that is  
attached to the frame.  I know, hard to picture.  I wonder if it has  
something to do with the top maybe?  Anyhow, every time I look at it I  
feel like something should be there.  Any ideas?
