[Roadsters] Stick Shift hole

  My parts manual is missing a few pages but I seem to remember different
boots for early vs late roadsters as well as inner and outer boots.  And I
think the inner boot is no longer available.

Well, maybe I should dig out the trim plate?  I do not remember it being as 
large as the hole I am seeing in the tunnel.  Maybe I ordered the wrong 
boot.
