[Roadsters] Console removal

I'm trying to remove the console (both the radio section and the rear section).
I've removed the screws holding the radio console section in and two small screws that were in the console glove box.  I've removed the shift plate.
It appears that I must remove the rear section before the radio section can be slid back and out.  It seems loose (rocks side to side) but I can't lift the rear section by the rear shelf.
There's gotta be something else holding it in.  What am I missing?
