[Roadsters] reusing tapped out holes

perhaps not the best description but recently i have had the problem of
reinstalling my interior, fixing the bow on the convertible top and the screw
holes keep widening and widening such that one has to use bigger and bigger
screws. A solution - use an appropriate pop rivet and then drill it out as
needed. Works, plus you get extra depth
