i had a bikini top made, and it was white vinyl.  i guess, since it is a small 
area, it could be painted with whatever design, polkadots or otherwise, you 
wanted.

I'm seriouslly looking for a source for 'yellow polka dot' canvas (think
bikini top ) - any help would be appreciated - and the results of a
successfull search and resultant usage should provide some grins - at least in
southern california
